2015 REGISTRATION

Online Payment

Welcome to the online payment system for the Wilmot District Soccer Club.

The online payment process has several steps.

Please read the following carefully.

1. You will need to click on an item to purchase below. These items are shown in blue

2. Once you click on an item, a page will appear called Your Information.  Please enter the parent's or guardian's information. You only need to complete this page once.

3. Once you have completed the Your Information page you will be taken to the appropriate purchase form. Some of these fields will be pre-populated with the same information that you entered for Your information, however you can change these if needed. Please complete the form and consents and press continue when finished.

Registering Multiple Players:
4. At the shopping cart page, you can choose to make another purchase.

MULTIPLE PLAYER DISCOUNTS (3 or more players in the same household)

The program we use to process the registrations does not apply the discount to the entire purchase.

We will be going through the multiple player registrations and will refund the remaining portion of the discount via PayPal.  This will be an ongoing task.  Please be patient with us as we process them.

If you do not receive your refund within 3 weeks, please contact Leanne - info@wilmotsoccer.com with the subject line: Multiple Player Discount - Refund

5. Proceed to checkout for credit card payment.

6. The Wilmot District Soccer Club is using PayPal for credit card payment transactions.  If you do not have a PayPal account, you can use your credit card to pay as a PayPal guest.  PayPal will accept the following credit cards, American Express, Discovery, Master Card and Visa. To pay by credit card click on the link 'Don't have a PayPal account' and then follow the instructions when it asks for your credit card information.

7. Once you have completed your purchase you will be sent an email with details of your purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the transaction was not processed properly and your child is not registered.

PLEASE make sure that you receive a confirmation email.  The email confirmation is also used as your receipt for registration and should be retained and printed for income tax purposes.
