PLEASE READ all of the emails and newsletters that we send out - there is important information contained in them.
The schedules for photo nights were posted on the website 2 weeks prior to the photo nights and several emails were sent out regarding details about photo night. Many parents and coaches did not read the instructions or schedule for their photo night and all of the information had to be constantly repeated during both evenings.
We are trying to communicate with you as much as possible.
Please check your spam/trash folders for emails from your Coach, Convener, and Wilmot Soccer and mark these emails as 'safe'.
Most communication will be done via this WEBSITE - PLEASE check it frequently.
Emails are sent from the Conveners, Program Administrator or Executive to the Coaches that will forward/communicate with the Wilmot Players/Families.
These are kids,
coaches are volunteers,
referees are human.
Everyone is involved because they love the game.
